Initial Telephone Conversation
It’s not uncommon when you start the process of considering an indoor pool to have countless questions. We'll start with a friendly chat over the phone to answer any questions you might have and provide you with guidance and advice on the early stages of the process.

Client Visit, site survey and feasibility study
We'll then arrange a site visit with one of our experienced team members to survey the location, discuss your requirements in detail, and provide you with images of previous projects for inspiration for your own dream pool.

Outline floor plan design & elevations sketch
Using the information we gather from the site visit and planning review, our designers will carefully consider the brief and propose an initial bespoke design which takes into account existing building style, views, location, sun path, and access.

Guide budget calculation
We will provide you with an accurate budget range based on our extensive experience building indoor pools and advise you on the likely cost build range and areas or items that could be altered to save cost.

Detailed proposal & specification
Once you're happy with the design and budget, we'll prepare a detailed proposal and specification which summarises your pool and building sizes, as well as your chosen finishes.

Technical site visit
Our Construction and Technical director will pay a visit to the site to take a closer look at the project's feasibility and operational practicality. This visit will help us identify any potential hidden costs and ensure a smooth building process.

Heating options - Green energy review
We’ll provide an evaluation of heating options for your pool, including renewable energy and eco-friendly alternatives. There are many to choose from however our team will equip you with all the necessary information so you can make the best choice for your pool.

Reference Visit
We'll also take you on reference site visits to our completed pool houses that have similar proportions and finishes, and allow you to talk to the owners about their experiences and observations as well as gathering even more inspiration for your own pool.

Architect planning visit
To obtain a planning decision, we'll conduct an architect planning survey and visit when the site is surveyed, the design for your pool is honed, and planning drawings are produced for your approval prior to planning submission.

Pre start project meeting
Finally, we'll arrange a pre-start project meeting where we'll introduce you to our team, review the proposal, specification, and drawings, discuss access and communication, and set milestones for client decision dates. We'll even show you 3D visuals and let you view our extensive range of finishes in our client meeting room.
